 My presentation will be today at 10:00 with ms fatima my Favorite teacher aver ,and i will present my bayan's cupcake skills i hope it will be good and my teacher and students like it .

To be honest

All my project and presentation about cupcake becouse easy  for me to talk in and to give my frinds an idea about what I learnt  and how I make .

How do you achieve your goal

For etc people have goal but different from one person to another and how strong he are it come true and how it is possible to achieve.

- When you have goal you will reach to it, don't hear to people that foil you, do what your mind tall you.

-Don't sell out for one time or ten try and try to satisfy for what you do.

-Try to read too much about the topic that you want to improve in, try to see people experiences in You Tube, read about quantities and different the most important thing is to "try "it. 

I received foil in my beginning an tell now but thank God am proud so much about what am it now and I hope to reach  the lever that I want

My secret to you

 

When you cook cake use powder sugar , but do not grinding by yourself in home 

Buy it from supermarket because  when you buy it they add  cron flour 

So the reason we don't grinding the sugar in home because we don't add cron flour and maybe  likely fail

Types of cream that i use

1/2 cup of butter .

2 cups of Sugar "powder".

3 Spoon of milk "liquid"

Any flavor

Mix powder sugar and add milk spoon every time, mix 3 min then add it on the cup cake.

2 Packet of dream whip

1/2 cup of milk

Any flavor

5 egg

2 cup of sugar

4 cup of butter

   Corn of salt

Put the egg with sugar and salt on a water bath  mix in the Blender to dissolves the sugar an tell it become Foam in this time we will see the cream become so white and glossy and heavy.

Raise the speed of the blender and add the butter 

Not: the butter must be at room temperature 

Add any flavor.

You can save it fridge before decking

But when you want to use it put it out side before 3 hours  

Quantities Making cakes

 

1.butter stick

1. Cup sugar

3. Eggs with 1/2 tsp  vanilla  or ( any Taste)

2. Cup flour mixed with 2 tsp baking powder

1/2. Tsp salt

1.cup milk

1.Small yogurt

-the way:

In the Blender add the butter , sugar and eggs.

mix the baking powder ,flour and salt together ,than add gradually with milk to the cake mixture

Pour in cups and put in over at 160 C for 15 to 20 minutes.

I am crazy in cup cake

 

When I received good word, praise and praise . and they want  me to do once again .this issue don’t go out of my thinking and I become so crazy about this subject a lot , and everything for my cupcake I don’t mind to buy and possess whatever the price

My beginnings

this is my first cup cake

it was in 6 July 2013

I chose my subject about cup cake , because I love cup cake very much , I specializing in this two years and more .

My beginning I saw it through the pictures and bakery I don’t even think to made it , just want to buy it, but when I asked about the price I was shock and I start laughing because anybody can do it. The first think that I do it I start research about it in Google " How to make cup cake " in that day I told me mome that I sow picture of cup cake but it's expensive and anybody can do it .

Next day she surprise me and she bring for me thing's which help me to make cup cake. In  that time I can't wait I go and I start to do it. I was happy when I finish do it because the  taste  of my cup cake and the decoration was wow beautiful  " I told my family cut my hand if it look like from bakery " they was happy and they told me "do business" I tell myself they are exaggeration ..
